Refund Policy

Elite Rentals Studio is operated by ELITE RENTALS LLC. If work has not started, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment through the contact form. Include your project reference and payment date.

Completed design work, delivered files, and used revision rounds are non-refundable. Contact us with project details if there is a file or billing concern so we can review it. Approved refunds may take several business days depending on the payment provider.
